Hi! Looking for someone to join my roomie and me in creating community in our 5 bed/2 bath home in Accokeek. You would get 2 bedrooms to yourself as pictured, access to a huge property, parking included, an on-property washer & dryer, a fireplace, an in-home gym, a shared bathroom, and a great community of artsy & kind women! Your rent would be $535, and utilities are estimated at $170. $333 security deposit. Move-in available immediately. We are looking for someone who likes cats (I have a sweet elderly boy named Fluffy), is okay with music playing occasionally (my roommate is a DJ), does not smoke, is responsible & communicative, and is open to building genuine friendships with us.
