I’m pretty quiet and low‑social, and I have steady monthly income so rent is never an issue. I keep things clean, don’t bring people over, and I mostly hang out in my room working or studying. My ESA cat is super chill and stays in my space. I’m just looking for a peaceful place with people who respect each other’s space.
