Newly refurbished house

Hey all, I just moved into a new place and am looking for a roommate to split the rent. It’s a newly refurbished house located in West Monroe right next to Trapp’s. Rent when split would be $675/month with another $150 or so for utilities making it around $850-$900/month per person. Again, that’s the rent you would pay after it’s split.
