The apartment complex has great amenities and convenient transportation options for getting to campus and around Chapel Hill. I am looking for someone interested in a lease takeover, which will be completed through the leasing office's official process. I am also open to discussing a move-in incentive for someone who is ready to complete the lease takeover quickly.
