One of roommates has to move out since our dogs do not get along. We live in a quiet neighborhood that is nicely located. All moden amenities would be avaliable. I also have a world-class garage gym you'd have access to. No pets. My roommate and I are chill dudes. I work from home as an attorney, and he drives for Amazon. We're just looking for a chill person that likes dogs, hates drama, and is fiscally responsible. We'd split utilities on a monthly basis.
