Hi Everyone! I have a lease transfer available as early as October. You would have your own private bedroom and bathroom in a 2b2b apartment. The name of the complex is Encore Metro at Millenia. It’s located by Mall at Millenia with lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The apartment is on the third floor. The room is a nice size with a walk-in closet. The apartment has a screened in porch and in-unit dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer and dryer. I’m moving out of state, so if you’re interested in the furniture, we can negotiate. The complex has amenities like a pool and a gym. There’s valet trash, plenty of parking spaces, and a mail/delivery space. Now to one of the most important parts——Cost. My half of rent is usually $1065 which includes water. Internet is $45 a month and I pay about $50 a month for electric. All together I pay about $1160 a month. The other bedroom is occupied by another roommate. She’s friendly and has a cat 🐈⬛. She would prefer a female roommate.
