Looking for a female roommate to take over my portion of the lease in a pet-friendly 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment at The Woodridge Collection in Fairfield. You would be moving in with an awesome female roommate and her sweet resident cat! The Layout & Amenities:
Your Room: Private bedroom measuring 10'6" x 11'4" with a large closet.Shared Space: Large 14' x 11'4" living room, separate 7' x 7'4" dining area, and a shared bathroom.
Perks: Ground floor with high ceilings, central A/C, a private outdoor patio, a dishwasher, a microwave, and in-unit washer/dryer hookups. Location & Community:
Located right in Fairfield near State Route 4, I-275, and Jungle Jim's.The community includes a pet park, playground, and surface lot parking. Ideal Roommate Preferences:
Must identify as female. No cat allergies, as there is a resident cat.Dog-friendly is a huge plus! The resident cat gets along beautifully with dogs (he lived very happily with my giant breed dog), so a well-behaved dog is welcome. Lease Terms:
