It's a 2 story condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms. The half bathroom in on the first floor along with the kitchen, dining room, living room, and a patio. Its on the top floor of the building. And the 2 bedrooms are on the second floor of the condo. Along with the laundry room. Each bedroom has its own ceiling fan as well. The new appliances are: refrigerator, washer, dryer, HVAC unit, and microwave. Also the living room is already furnished with a brand new 75 inch flat screen TV. Wifi has been really reliable. And there is reserved parking for our community. The room has a big walk in closet and a full bathroom inside of the room. It is not furnished but there are curtains already put up.
