Private bed/bath and living room

Description

Private bedroom with full bath in lower level rambler. This includes a large private family room. The lower laundry room is shared. Kitchen/dining shared. Parking in driveway. About us: Mom and teenage daughter with two senior golden retrievers. The Goldens are quiet but loving. The basement can optionally be furnished with a sectional/end table/TV stand. I also have a dresser and wardrobe available for the bedroom. This is a quiet home on a cul de sac. No drugs or parties. No pets.
