Large Room Available - Park Ave

Looking for a roommate to fill an empty bedroom in my 2 bed, 1 bath apartment located on Park Avenue in Richmond, VA. It's a beautiful, safe, and walkable neighborhood near VCU, the Fan, and the Museum District. I'm located right between Stella's and Reverisco, so it's just a 5-minute walk for coffee, a nice dinner, or a small grocery market:) Wifi, water, trash, and sewer utilities are all included in rent. Electric and gas will be devided between us equally. There is a resident cat, and one additional cat is allowed but will incur additional fees. No smoking is allowed. The available room is the larger of the two rooms. There are two additional shared living spaces, a kitchen and bathroom, and a balcony. There is a dishwasher in-unit and a laundry machine/dryer in the basement, which is shared with the downstairs tenant. My lease is set to either end or renew in March - if we make good roommates we can decide whether or not to renew it together. About me as a roommate: I'm a 22 year old female and would prefer a female roommate. I enjoy gardening, playing Mario Kart, exploring town, or just hanging around the house with a book or TV show.
