I have a private bedroom with a private bathroom for $1,200 a month rent in a beautiful gated community in Lantana, close to ocean beaches, hospitals, shopping, restaurants, and freeways. You'll have access to the entire furnished house and share it with only one other roommate. I also offer a flexible 30-day renewable lease if that helps. The community has heated pools, tennis and pickleball courts, exercise room, billiards room, library and clubhouse.
