Single Master Bedroom w/ Bathroom

Hi All! My housemate and I are looking for a third housemate to fill a vacant spot in our 3 bed 1.5 bath apartment. The open room would be a single master bedroom with its own private bathroom for $1,000/month. Our apartment is located in West Adams, 15 min west of USC, 10 min from Culver City, 20-25 min from LAX, and about 20m1n from Santa Monica and the beach. We are also within walking distance of the E line, the 10 and the 405 freeway. We try to keep our space and the common rooms fairly clean, and we’re generally quiet, easygoing, and 420 friendly.
