I am relocating from Canada and looking for a room to rent or a female looking for a roommate willing to split rent on a place for mid August or September 1st. I am in my 30’s and I work in education so I will be out of the place most of the day. I am very social but will not want a party house. I am very active, love going for walks/workout classes, exploring new coffee shops, etc… My budget ideally would be no higher than $1500 per person, would love access to a gym and pool.
