Our current roommate is moving in with his girlfriend, and are looking to renew our lease for Sept. 1, 2026 through Sept. 1, 2027. Rent and utilities are split evenly 3 ways. Your share of rent is $1331/ month, and utilities average about $60/month. The apartment features hardwood floors, a large living room with vaulted ceilings, a spacious eat-in kitchen, and a large private deck. It also includes central A/C and heat, an in-unit washer and dryer, plenty of available street parking, and one shared garage parking space.
