You’d be living with one female roommate who is staying in the apartment. Rent: $1,196/month for your portion (includes water, internet, trash, and community fees). Electricity is separate. Move-in: August or September (pending leasing office approval). The community is in a great location near downtown Nashville and offers amazing amenities, including a pool, gym, pickleball court, coworking spaces, and more.
