Hey! My name is Siam! My sister is moving out and I’m looking for a roommate in a 2 bed 1 bathroom ground floor apartment beginning July 1st (1 year lease), your bedroom would be the first few photos. Located a couple blocks off of commercial and 4th, just about a 10 minute walk to commercial broadway station! Comes with a parking spot underground as well as plenty of free parking on the street, whatever your preference is. Building management is open to 1 cat (maybe 2 if they really really like you, you’ll just need a pet deposit of $1200). It’s a great opportunity to have an indoor/outdoor cat since it’s the ground floor!! Coin laundry is in the building. Super accessible for biking/lime/evo and so so so many restaurants/bars and cafes around every corner. Many fresh fruit markets around and 24 hour grocery store a couple blocks down. Rent for the room is $1200 each month total, I will cover amenities. This will be a 1 year lease. No deposit required unless you bring a cat with you😊. About me: I’m 27, I work as an electrician at New St. Pauls Hospital. I’m very laid back, very clean, quiet, and respectful. I like to do dance classes on my off time and spend most of my weekends hanging with my friends and I’m a big foodie. My preference would be someone around my age range just because I like to have friends over sometimes (in order to make use of the wonderful patio) and they are going to want to be your friend haha. But I am super open to welcoming anyone! What matters to me is meeting you in person and getting a sense if we’ll vibe and get along so don’t hesitate if you think we will match!
