Description

This is a private room upstairs inside a 4 bed 2.5 bath home. The house is located near Consumnes River College and the lightrail making it a great choice for students or commuters. A washer and dryer are available to use in the home. Utilities to be paid: Electricity, Internet, and Water. This house has solar panels which lowers utility costs. Lease period: 6 months + but will consider shorter periods for increase in rent. Currently, the home is occupied by three young professional men in their mid to late twenties. They’re all friendly and easy to get along with, while also respecting personal space and maintaining a clean, comfortable environment. The house is generally calm and quiet, though they do occasionally have friends over on weekends. Overall, it’s a relaxed, drama-free household. They’re looking for a roommate who shares similar values and would be a good fit with the characteristics described above.
