Looking for roommate

Looking for Roommate (July move-in) Hi 👋🏿 It’s lease renewal time and I’m currently looking for a roommate to take over my former roommate’s half of the lease with a optimal move-in date of 7/1/2026 (the lease is for 1 year) 2bedroom/1ba in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. Rent is $1750 a month (split between two people) and the security deposit would be $875. Utilities (Internet and electric) are separate. I have two cats and though they’re very friendly, I don’t think they’d be receptive to another pet. I have some furniture already but I’m always open to switching things out. The building does not have a parking lot so street parking is the only option. Property is available for touring immediately About me: I’m 36 and originally from Chicago, I’ve been here for about 4 years now. I work in the restaurant industry so I’m usually not home much on nights and weekends. In my off time I listen to vinyls, read, and watch plenty of tv 😅. I’m a huge wine nerd and I love to cook. I also enjoy biking, hiking, rock climbing, and playing a ridiculous amount of MTG. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions 😊
