Town house room for rent

Hello my name is Ty and I am the owner of the house. I am renting out just one of my rooms because I enjoy company and prefer not to live alone. I much prefer a male roommate or military but it isn't a deal breaker. The price includes everything so it's the rent, water, electricity, and internet services.
