Hello! looking for someone to rent a room to. The unit is a 2b2b, with in-unit laundry. It’s located on Verdae Blvd, so very central and close to Woodruff Rd, interstates, and Haywood mall for shopping. Monthly rent would be about $500, flexible depending on disability, work hours, etc.. There is a pool and workout area accessible via code. The complex is very quiet and management does once a year checks. Building does have roach issues, but they aren’t a major problem and have been present since moving in. parking can sometimes be questionable, and you’ll have to park a building over. I’m not the cleanest person but I’ll keep my mess contained to my room. Tenants would be expected to keep their area where the floor is visible(my scale for too messy)/manage their own chores. Pets are welcome but you will be an additional move-in fee and 30-50$ extra in pet rent. Dresser, bed, and desk are present from prior tenants. 420 friendly, no cigarette smokers please
