Hi, my name is Wendi. I am looking for someone to take over my daughter’s lease at The View in Morgantown. It is a 2 bed/2 bath shared, with 2 female roommates already leasing. I will pay the first month’s rent. The monthly rent is $530, utilities $30-50 with available parking $100-130/ month. The room is available 8/13/2026 with the lease through 7/18/2027. Also, there is another room available in this apartment if you have a friend looking for a room. That room will be available at the current rent rate which is approx. $600/month.
