I am looking quite, respectful, clean and responsible roomate would participate weekly cleaning, no over night guess, single occupancy only full size bed, no loud music/ tv and talk, no pets, smoking free house, no marijuana smoker, no drugs user, no heavy drinker. I have 2 room available, 1000 furnish and included utilities. Minimum 3 months, I prefer long term, smaller room month to month, 1 month security deposit, $75 back ground check, prove of income and bank statement required.
