Roommate wanted

Description

It’s a room on the smaller side w a bed two new comfy chairs a bureau a closet a night stand and a tv. There is a community pool. A front yard and fenced in back yard. W a pond on the other side w turtles, ducks geese, cranes etc. There is parking in driveway for one car. It has a full bath upstairs next to the room. My room is downstairs I never go up there. So it’s all yours. I can move the furniture if I have to. The rental price includes utilities except for if you want cable. I have a Roku on it now. I have two small dogs who are super friendly to people but hate cats and some dogs they deal with. There is laundry and it’s about 7 mins to beach by car. I’m new here so don’t know anyone really. So pretty quiet. I’m kind of eclectic and extroverted once I know someone. Not looking to be besties. Won’t invade ur privacy and space. Not sure what to write here. Was married for 18 yrs. I’m 54 but don’t look or act like it. I’m easy going and not judgemental whatsoever. It’s a safe neighborhood with security that drives around all night. Walking distance to stores. It’s in Carolina Forest. 🙂
