UCSC student looking for a room

Description

My name is Luca, I’m transferring to UCSC for the next Fall term. I’m a Neuroscience major and looking for housing. I’m open to all housing situations, including sharing a room, and my budget is roughly $700-$1200/mo. I’m clean, very low maintenance, and am able to fix things around the house if need be. I’m a very open minded individual and I speak fluent Spanish and Portuguese, along with several other languages. I’m also a huge soccer fan, but I’m very open to all sports / ways to exercise. I’m looking to find housing and move in by September 1st but that is more of an idea rather than a set in stone date. Please let me know if you or someone you know is looking for a roommate or someone to take over a lease in the above mentioned timeline.
