Utilities: split light bill and WiFi Only. Most expensive light bill thus far has been $101 therefore most you’d pay for light is $50.50 Requirements:

Available: 05/27/26, possible early move in if needed A little about me, aside from working M-F and going to the gym most every day, I’m into cars and motorcycles, I’m a math nerd, almost done with my undergrad for mechanical engineering, I like sharing business ideas “what if” playing it out seeing if it’s plausible. I like talking cars, real estate, investments, I can listen or converse about anything but these are my biggest interests. I play guitar even though I probably haven’t played in months, they mostly hang on the walls like ornaments 😂 I have a motorcycle I like to ride around Austin running errands on the weekend.
