Description

Two floor lofted apartment. Rent + parking + most utilities (WiFi, water, sewage and trash) all come out to exactly $2000/month. The only thing that fluctuates is Electricity which my range has been $80-$250/month (obviously based on usage and Summer vs. Winter). Lease ends 7/31. Move in date flexible but would prefer after May 16th or 1st of June. **If you move in May, I will pay the rest of that month for you. **Pictures/videos of the unit while I am still in it are available to those who are serious just for safety reasons.
