Looking for a roommate

Description

I'm in search of a roommate to rent out a bedroom I have in.y 2 bedroom apartment, private bathroom is adjacent to room, roommate will have full access to common areas, rent includes utilities. No drugs or alcoholics, smoking is ok only outside. Community has 2 pools and a small gym and a small dog park. Room will be for 6 months, unless things are good and we renew lease.
