Roomate wanted

Description

Looking for someone to take over the rest of my lease for this small, cozy bedroom. Lease is up August 31 with the option to stay longer. Open to male or female. No cats but open to a well behaved dog. 4/20 and LGBT friendly. Room is $900/month before utilities. Utilities are normally around $80-$100. The house is spacious with a 3 car driveway and a large backyard. Located 20 minutes from downtown and very close to a bus stop. Current roommates: Emmett (25) and Austin (29). Both very friendly but also don’t mind keeping to themselves. You will share a bathroom with Austin. Both are very clean and respectful.
