Looking for a roommate

I’m looking for a responsible roommate to share a semi-furnished apartment in a pretty nice place in weston. The kitchen, living room, and common areas are fully furnished—only the bedroom available for rent is unfurnished. About me: I’m a clean, quiet, and easygoing person who spends most of the time working. Apartment features: • Washer and dryer in unit • Fully equipped kitchen • Access to a swimming pool Guests are allowed, as long as it’s done responsibly. Cleanliness and on-time payments are very important. Rent is $1,350/month + half of utilities (electricity and internet only).
Move-in requires: first month’s rent, one month in advance, and a $500 refundable deposit (for furniture and keeping the space in good condition). I’m friendly and flexible, and I’m looking for someone equally respectful, responsible, and drama-free. The apartment will be available June 1st. Feel free to message me for more details!
