I like to cook and prefer you not be too picky if you have me cook for you. We can be friends, but I will understand if you prefer to keep to yourself. The apartment unit is on the second floor with a hallway shared with the unit below. The available room is roughly 14’x14,’ has two north and east facing windows, and a spacious, double-wide closet. Internet is a fixed $60.42/month, while electricity is roughly $50/month; both will be summed and split evenly between the two of us the middle of each month when they are due.
