Hello!
We're a queer couple looking for a roommate! First couple of pictures are two rooms you can choose from. Looking for an early May move-in but flexible if you need it earlier. We're still moving so pictures are from empty house, will be updated soon. Few things to keep in mind...
-Do not apply if allergic to cats or dogs.
-Rooms are carpet.
-No central AC (sorry!) but will get window ACs when we can afford them. We can offer a fan though.
-Two shared bathrooms, one with a shower.
-Pets assessed on a case by case basis.
-Video call (or in person tour if you're close by) beforehand is MANDATORY. For your safety and mine.
-Refundable Security Deposit due at move in equivalent to one month rent.
-No extra fee for utilities/internet/laundry/etc.
-We can offer limited storage space
-No smoking anything in the house, no smoking cigarettes period, these ARE deal breakers.
