Interested in renting a room or APT

Hey! Looking rent a space with my own private restroom. Open to renting a room or getting an apartment together. I’m looking to save more and rent with a roommate summer 2027. I work in education as a school counselor. I have two sweet gray tabby cats named Molly and Moxie. Privacy is really important to me. I normally keep to myself but I do like to socialize and would love to have moments to connect with my roommates. Love painting, crocheting, watching anime and baking. I’m also fine if there’s limited socializing as roommates, as long as we clarify our boundaries and expectations when it comes to guests, bills, cleanliness and communication
