Looking for Male Student

I am trying to move in with one of my other friends, which means I must transfer my lease. These guys, are very quiet, studious, clean, organized, and respectful, so living here has been quite nice. The rent is $775 a month, utilities included. I got lucky as my bed is in the basement, and basically have the whole thing to myself (including a bathroom) as no one goes down there. Though, one of the guys will use the shower there from time to time, but otherwise, the space down there is yours. Though in the pictures, it doesn't look huge, the privacy that I have received from it has been quite nice, especially for when I wanted to have my friends over. I will also say that, the mess and pictures taken make the space seem cramped and cluttered.
