Looking for fem. roommates downtown

I’m looking for female roommates in downtown phoenix or nottheast phoenix preferably. I’m 21 and I would consider myself to be chill. I spend my time playing video games, drawing, or studying for IT certifications. I am 420 friendly as I do edibles 2x a month but I keep to myself. I don’t smoke at all. I make $20.50/hr and work 40hrs/wk. My only non-negotiables are: no men as roommates (i’ve had poor experiences w/ 90% of men i meet), cat-friendly, and open to small tea parties (pastries, jazz, dress-up, and some catching-up) 1x a month.
