Room for rent

I have 1 bedroom available for a 1 year lease I also have another bedroom available for 5 months This house is located just 6 minutes east from the I5 freeway on E. Sunset Dr. The other rooms are rented by guys in their early to mid 20's who are very respectful and clean. We all work full-time jobs. We like to ski, fish, & bike for fun. We are moving in March 15th. Renter could start April 1st ideally. The plan is to have someone willing to sign a year lease (can be flexible). But we also have a room available from April to august. The photos shown were taken before we moved in. All decor/furniture will be replaced (will be looking fresh) The home includes a big back yard and a really big shop that may get a pool table and/or poker table.
