Looking for North Tampa

Hiya! I'm looking for a roommate to move in in April. I'm moderately clean, so no need to be a neat freak. I love to cook and spend time in common areas, so they will be well used. I appreciate a mix of quiet time and having noise. My boyfriend will likely be over on the weekends, and I may occasionally have friends over. I love to be outside and enjoy nature. As an ambivert, I'm totally down with being friends as roommates, but I'm also OK with keeping to ourselves. If any issues arise, I'm open to talking about it respectfully and like adults. I want things to run smoothly.
