Looking for a female roommate!

Description

I am currently moving out of my apartment where I live with two other girls, and needing to find someone who wants to move in. The apartment is baths. You would share a bathroom with one other roommate. Rent is $ a month which includes a fee of $ a month for amenities. Utilities aren’t included in the rent, but usually ranges around $ a month per person. All roommates are super clean and tidy!
There is currently one small dog living there, so ideally no other pets. I plan to leave my deposit in for whoever moves in!
