The New SoBro
Hello, 1 am renting a furnished one bedroom in a 2 bedroom apt in the NEW SoBro also known as the South Bronx. Rent includes all utilities plus wifi.
Air conditioning usage during the summer months is not included and will be charged separately (if AC is used). I am looking for a clean, friendly and a respectful roomate. Bus and train minutes away and mins into Manhattan. Their is a laundromat in the building. Eateries, brunch / restaurants and other convenient stores one block away. Ideal for singles or professionals.
Room comes furnished with queen size memory foam bed / two pillows, headboard and base, smart in TV, air conditioner with remote, dresser inside of closet, bench and floor lamp.
Kitchen and Bathroom are shared. Furniture not allowed as room comes furnished.
As for myself, l am in my s and travel for work mostly. The common areas that would be shared are the bathroom and kitchen. I am very clean and friendly and do not bring the "party" home as I would expect the same from you. One month rent and one month deposit is also required.
Room is move in ready and available as of March
