Female roommate for master bedroom

Description

Hi ladies, we are two working professionals looking for a female roommate to take over our master suite March 1st. We have a cat and a dog, and are unable to accommodate any more animals on the lease.

We are renting a bath house in downtown area of Mesa, Arizona. We live in a quiet & gated neighborhood.

The Room:
Master bedroom with a private bathroom & walk in closet. Rent is $/month plus utilities (split equally). Available for move-in March .

The Roommates:
Two full-time working professionals, ages . We’re friendly, Christian, and value a clean home and respectful, open communication. We share our space with one cat, Fern, and a Chihuahua named Tonto- both are very sweet and mostly chill, with occasional barking. Our home is alcohol and drug free. In our free time, we enjoy coffee, spending time with friends, and thrifting!

Looking For:
A female roommate who is friendly, responsible and also values communication and clean shared spaces. Also a background check is required.
