Large bedroom house. Renting out an small private furnished bedroom, small walk in closet, roomy bathroom is shared a few days a week.

Large cooking kitchen (gas and electric ranges) seasonal pool, laundry, wifi.
I'm already maxed out on pets, my dogs are sometimes kenneled when I'm at work plus they don't have access to upstairs.
Single person only, no kids, no drugs, no drama. Not a party house. We are shift workers and a bit introverted. 🙂

Must be clean and fairly quiet.
* I have had a few very disrespectful, inconsiderate and destructive roommates. I have created a list of rules due to this. I think they are common sense but I guess I have to spell it out. Everything is to make sure everyone's safety and my home's integrity is protected. A few examples are no shoes on carpet, no smoking and no food particles all over the place when you eat.

Nice area, retired neighbors plus hr video surveillance / security cameras.
