I have a baths, mine is . I only shower in the full bath and take everything with me in there. (Like College) $. total, I take up the whole rest of the apt. so I pay the other half of the rent plus, I pay for a monthly cleaning service, the gas, electricity & WiFi. The small bedroom is furnished, but can also be emptied for you. +I have to insist on someone who would rather not be hot. ..as opposed to someone who is always freezing.
