Sublease ASAP with Rent Promotion!

Description

Hi! I need to find a tenant to take over the remainder of my lease from mid/late March until September with the option to renew if you want to stay! The rent is $, but there is a promotion right now so after the first month, rent would be half off for 3 months!

The apartment is ba and had new property managers take over in Oct that have improved things massively since they took over. Maintenance is very responsive, there is easy access to the interstate, and it's a great space!

My husband and I are moving out in March and again need to find a tenant ASAP to take over. We would be happy to pay for the admin and application fees should you apply and get approved!!! Please let me know if you have any questions at all! Need applications in by Feb 1 so trying to move fast!
