Seeking subletter

Description

My wife and I are looking for subletters for our 3-bedroom Silvertree Apartment starting sometime in March or April (the current lease is up in July). Each of the two smaller bedrooms have rent at $/mo, and the larger is currently leased at $/mo. The appliances (fridge, oven, dishwasher, and laundry machines) are only about four years old and come with the apartment. The apartment is pet friendly (and currently occupied with a cat).

We are completely fine if only one person wants to sublet one of the rooms, as we will be moving out around March, so if only one person wants to take over one of the rooms, they'll have the entire three-bedroom unit to themselves until a second or third subletter reaches out! We will be taking care of the rent for whatever rooms do not become sublet until July .
