MOVE IN READY WITH RENT UPFRONT

Description

My girlfriend and I are looking to lease a room, we can be cash ready with a full months rent upon move in. We’re both very clean, work most of the time. We do smoke but we’re reserved about it. I work at Hawaiian Bros, she works at ETX Brewery. We’re trying to get into a fair situation rent wise, her mom had been allocating her costs for car repairs and tires into our rent; we don’t own a car but we also walk or take Lyfts when needed. Once this issue was brought up the chaos ensued. We just want fairness and most some solace
