Must be alright with kids. They are here weekends a month. Great kids and very well behaved. years old. Prefer a clean and organized person. When we are home we are typically out on the patio relaxing and winding down the day. We do not watch much tv and are very quiet people. You will have your solitude if needed.We also have two cats.
