About the Space:

• $/month + utilities (utilities vary each month)
• Includes a large private living room downstairs to furnish how ever you want (in addition to your bedroom)
• New wood floors installed recently
• Shared bathroom
• Shared kitchen
• All bedrooms are located upstairs
• Access to laundry room, garage, backyard, and driveway parking
• No pets (one roommate has allergies)

About Us:
• Three current roommates ( two girls)
• All in our late twentie

• Fully employed professionals

Move-In Requirements:
• Rental Application with landlord after viewing the space
• First month’s rent: $ (due on move-in day)
• Security deposit: $ (due on move-in day)
