ROOM WANTED

I'm Alex, an exchange student that wants to escape Canberra's annoying weather and enjoy a place with a beach.
📆I am looking to rent something for the summer, around early December to mid February (dates are slightly flexible)
Ideally it would be a place close-ish to the beach 🏖️ (up to min walk)
As for the room I just need somewhere to sleep and a small desk (I work remotely and sometimes I have online meetings🤓)
I'm looking for great vibes and friendly people
💸My budget is around $ pw, but it depends on the place
Some info about me 🙋‍♂️: I'm years old, born in Romania but grew up in Spain. I enjoy traveling, meeting new people, hanging out with friends, and I love sports in general (someone please teach me how to surf)
