Hi, my name is Asher. My wife Amanda and I both work and attend school full time. I am completing my doctorate in health science, and she is earning her masters in nursing, so the house stays very quiet. My wife works twelve hour days and I work and study from a basement studio, which means the upstairs is almost entirely yours throughout the day. You will also have access to our updated kitchen, living room, a large backyard, and plenty of street parking. We share the home with our friendly, goofy two year old English Bull Terrier.

This listing is for an upstairs bedroom in a modern, updated home in a quiet Baltimore neighborhood. The room can be furnished or unfurnished and includes all utilities. You will share a bathroom with one other (potential) renter. Right now both rooms are empty. If you would like extra space and complete upstairs privacy, you can rent both rooms together for a discount, giving you two rooms plus your own private bathroom.

The room is near Mt. Washington and available January.
