Late thirties female looking for a female roommate, non-smoker/no drugs, preferably late twenties to early fortie
s. This is my private residence in Santa Rosa Beach, a newly renovated townhome, so I’m looking for someone who is clean, quiet, and respectful. You would have a good sized bedroom with bay window and walk in closet and access beside the bedroom to a private bathroom (tub/shower combo). Room is currently unfurnished, but I can provide furniture, if necessary. No pets. Must be ok with a small dog in the house. Tandem parking (one in garage, one in driveway). One thousand dollars per month + share of utilities.
