Private furnished (or unfurnished) room, available in a Bath apartment in prime Chelsea (Flower District). Massive apartment (+ sq ft) with tons of sunlight.
Looking for long term sublet. Available around May (but can be flexible, PM me for more info).

Room Includes: Bed, AC/heat in room, two desks, wall shelving, and a giant closet.

About Me: year old who just graduated with a degree in Finance. Currently applying to roles in finance and bartending part time. I enjoy playing pool, basketball and going to the gym. Value cleanliness & communication in a roommate.

AREA: >5 mins to both Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s. >5 from Madison Square Park. > to Penn Station. Extremely close to gyms (Blink, Planet Fitness, Lifetime, Equinox).
